1930's Ethnic Doll, probably made by Doll Craft. A history of these dolls can be found in the book "Compo Dolls 1928-1955" page 64 by Polly & Pam Judd. This doll is dressed in a wool flannel skirt and bodice with hand applied sequins. Her pettiocoat and drawers are a stiff cotton organza. She stil has her earings and originl hair ribbons in her braids. In good condition she has some grazing on her face.She is an adorable example of early ethnic representations of dolls.
